La resina 10K Tough-X Grigio Scuro Forshape Premium si distingue per l’eccezionale resistenza agli urti e agli impatti, offrendo una durabilità superiore rispetto alle resine standard.
È ideale per stampare parti tecniche e funzionali in cui la resistenza meccanica è fondamentale, garantendo al contempo alta precisione e una finitura superficiale liscia.
Maggiore resistenza agli urti: Perfetta per parti solide e durature sottoposte a sollecitazioni meccaniche significative.
Precisione e dettagli fini: Compatibile con stampanti 10K per stampe professionali con dettagli precisi e finitura liscia.

Agitare bene la resina prima dell’uso. Conservare lontano dalla luce e in condizioni di temperatura controllata per preservarne le proprietà meccaniche.
Dopo la stampa con resina 10K Tough-X Forshape Premium, posizionare immediatamente il pezzo nel vaso di lavaggio della vostra stazione di post-elaborazione. Riempire il contenitore con alcol isopropilico (IPA) al 99,9%, o almeno al 95%.
Attivare il lavaggio per alcuni minuti a seconda delle dimensioni e complessità del pezzo. Dopo il lavaggio, risciacquare con acqua pulita e asciugare completamente. Rimuovere tutti i residui di alcool per evitare macchie bianche o microfessure nel tempo.
Il post-polimerizzazione è essenziale per garantire robustezza e stabilità dei pezzi stampati con la resina Tough-X. Il tempo di indurimento dipende dal volume del pezzo e dalla potenza luminosa della camera UV.
In genere, un’esposizione di 15-30 minuti è sufficiente. Per ottimizzare la qualità, utilizzare un flusso di aria fresca dopo la polimerizzazione per dissipare il calore residuo.
Consiglio: Immergere i pezzi in acqua durante la post-polimerizzazione aiuta a ridurre il rischio di deformazioni, particolarmente utile per modelli complessi come miniature o componenti di gioielleria.
Prima di ogni uso, agitare energicamente il flacone per omogeneizzare la resina. Indossare sempre guanti e mascherina durante la manipolazione. Questo prodotto non è destinato all’uso interno: non ingerire né portare alla bocca.
In caso di contatto con gli occhi, risciacquare abbondantemente con acqua e consultare un medico se necessario. Tenere la resina fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
Conservare la resina tra 15°C e 35°C. Temperature troppo basse aumentano la viscosità e possono compromettere le prestazioni di stampa veloce. Chiudere bene il flacone dopo l’uso e conservarlo in luogo asciutto, al riparo da polvere e luce UV. L’esposizione prolungata alla luce può causare l’indurimento prematuro della resina.
