Resina Forshape Premium 10K Water Washable Bianca è un fotopolimero di alta qualità, progettato per stampe 3D precise, durevoli e facili da pulire con acqua. Offre un eccellente livello di dettaglio, una finitura liscia e bassa contrazione, ideale per prototipi, figurine e modelli tecnici.
Il principale vantaggio della resina Forshape Water Washable è la sua facilità di pulizia, eliminando la necessità di alcool isopropilico o macchine di pulizia specializzate. Ciò non solo riduce i costi e la complessità del post-processo, ma offre anche una soluzione più rapida, sicura e rispettosa dell'ambiente per il post-processamento dei pezzi stampati.
Pulizia facile e sicura: Questa resina contiene elementi idrofili che permettono una pulizia diretta con acqua, eliminando la necessità di alcool e riducendo i costi di pulizia o delle macchine.
Basso odore e bassa viscosità: La formulazione riduce gli odori irritanti, rendendo il processo di stampa più piacevole. La bassa viscosità garantisce stampe affidabili con meno errori.
Alta precisione: Perfetta per modelli con superfici lisce e dettagli fini, offrendo risultati professionali e precisi.
Ampia compatibilità e applicazioni: Compatibile con la maggior parte delle stampanti 3D LCD e DLP (385-405 nm). Ideale per uso domestico, scolastico o professionale, e adatta alla produzione di giocattoli, figurine, modelli educativi o dentali.
Agitare bene la resina prima dell’uso. Conservare al riparo dalla luce e in condizioni di temperatura controllata per preservare le proprietà meccaniche e la qualità di stampa.
Dopo aver stampato con Resina Forshape Premium 10K Water Washable Bianca, immergere immediatamente il pezzo in acqua pulita o nella vostra stazione di pulizia post-stampa. Non è necessario l’uso di alcool, rendendo il processo più sicuro ed economico.
Risciacquare accuratamente e assicurarsi che il pezzo sia completamente asciutto prima di qualsiasi post-curing o manipolazione.
Il post-curing è raccomandato per garantire la solidità e stabilità dei pezzi stampati. Il tempo di indurimento dipende dal volume del pezzo e dalla potenza del dispositivo UV. In genere, 15-30 minuti sono sufficienti.
Consiglio: Immergere i pezzi in acqua durante il post-curing può ridurre le deformazioni, particolarmente utile per modelli complessi come figurine o gioielli.
Agitare energicamente la bottiglia prima di ogni utilizzo. Indossare sempre guanti e mascherina durante la manipolazione. Questo prodotto non è destinato all’uso interno: non ingerire.
In caso di contatto con gli occhi, risciacquare abbondantemente con acqua e consultare un medico se necessario. Tenere la resina fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
Conservare la resina tra 15°C e 35°C, al riparo da luce, polvere e umidità. L’esposizione prolungata alla luce può causare indurimento precoce della resina.
