Il Panchroma™ Gradient Matte PLA di Polymaker, precedentemente conosciuto come PolyTerra™ Gradient PLA, è un filamento che combina PLA e minerali organici per ridurre l'uso della plastica.
Facile da stampare e da rimuovere dai supporti, offre una finitura opaca sofisticata che nasconde le linee di strato, garantendo risultati lisci ed estetici. Più rigido e resistente rispetto al PLA standard, consente di produrre parti professionali rapidamente e facilmente.
Ecologico, viene fornito con bobine riciclate e Polymaker si impegna a piantare un albero per ogni bobina venduta.
Disponibile in diverse collezioni di colori.
Il Panchroma™ Gradient Matte PLA è ideale per creare decorazioni eleganti, grazie alla sua finitura opaca e al gradiente di colore che esalta i dettagli.
È perfetto per stampare figurine, offrendo un risultato estetico e professionale. Questo filamento è anche adatto per realizzare giocattoli, combinando facilità di stampa e robustezza.
Infine, è una scelta eccellente per creare prototipi visivi, con superfici lisce e grande precisione.
Per stampare con Panchroma™ Gradient Matte PLA, impostare la temperatura di estrusione tra 190 e 230°C, la temperatura del piano tra 25 e 60°C e mantenere la velocità di stampa inferiore a 300 mm/s.
⚠️ Poiché è leggermente più abrasivo rispetto al PLA standard, si consiglia di utilizzare un ugello rinforzato per le stampe frequenti.
