Il Panchroma™ Dual Matte PLA di Polymaker, il nuovo nome del PolyTerra™ PLA, è un filamento che combina PLA e minerali organici per ridurre l'uso di plastica.
Facile da stampare e rimuovere dai supporti, offre una finitura opaca sofisticata che maschera le linee di stampa, garantendo risultati lisci ed estetici. Piu rigido e resistente rispetto al PLA convenzionale, consente di realizzare parti professionali in modo rapido e semplice.
Eco-compatibile, viene fornito con bobine riciclate, e Polymaker si impegna a piantare un albero per ogni bobina venduta.
Disponibile in diverse collezioni di colori.
Il Panchroma™ Dual Matte PLA è ideale per creare decorazioni eleganti, grazie alla sua finitura opaca e bicolore che esalta i dettagli.
È perfetto per stampare figurine, offrendo un aspetto estetico e professionale. Questo filamento è anche adatto per realizzare giocattoli, combinando facilità di stampa e robustezza.
Infine, è una scelta eccellente per la realizzazione di prototipi visivi, con superfici lisce e grande precisione.
Per stampare con Panchroma™ Dual Matte PLA, imposta la temperatura di estrusione tra 190 e 230°C, la temperatura del letto tra 25 e 60°C e mantieni la velocità di stampa inferiore a 300 mm/s.
⚠️ Essendo lievemente più abrasivo rispetto al PLA convenzionale, si consiglia di utilizzare una boccola rinforzata per stampe frequenti.
