Il filamento TPU Ultimaker è adatto a un'ampia gamma di applicazioni, dal prototipo ai pezzi soggetti a usura o agli strumenti di produzione. Questo TPU è perfetto per le parti stampate in 3D che devono mantenere le loro caratteristiche strutturali e superficiali in ambienti meccanici o chimici impegnativi. Inoltre, offre elevate proprietà meccaniche e un allungamento fino al 580%.
Flessibilità simile alla gomma: grazie all'alta qualità produttiva di questo filamento e ai profili ottimizzati, è possibile realizzare facilmente pezzi con diversi livelli di flessibilità a seconda delle impostazioni utilizzate.
Eccezionale resistenza all'usura e allo strappo: grazie all'elevato livello di allungamento, otterrete parti con un'eccellente resistenza agli urti e una lunga durata.
Per la stampa con TPU 95A si consiglia una temperatura dell'ugello compresa tra 220 e 235°C. Inoltre, i profili TPU 95A sono ottimizzati sia per la stampa su un piano freddo sia su un piano riscaldato a 70°C. Il TPU aderisce generalmente bene al piano di stampa, ma si consiglia di applicare uno strato sottile di colla (come Magigoo Original) per migliorare l'adesione e proteggere la superficie.
