L’eSun PLA+ Viola - 1.75mm - 1Kg è un filamento PLA di nuova generazione progettato per superare i limiti del PLA tradizionale. La sua formulazione ottimizzata migliora la resistenza meccanica, la stabilità dimensionale e la qualità superficiale, mantenendo una grande facilità di stampa.
Si distingue per un’estrusione fluida e un’eccellente regolarità del diametro, fondamentali per stampe costanti. Il filamento eSun PLA+ riduce il warping e i problemi di adesione anche nelle stampe di lunga durata. Il colore è uniforme e coprente, ideale per prototipi visivi o oggetti decorativi.
Eccellente adesione tra gli strati e resistenza meccanica: l’eSun PLA+ offre una coesione tra gli strati nettamente superiore rispetto al PLA standard. Questo si traduce in parti più robuste, meno fragili e più durevoli nel tempo. Le stampe resistono meglio a sollecitazioni meccaniche leggere.
Facilità di stampa e ampia compatibilità: uno dei principali vantaggi dell’eSun PLA+ 1.75mm è la sua semplicità di utilizzo. Si stampa facilmente sulla maggior parte delle stampanti FDM, senza necessità di camera chiusa e con piano riscaldato moderato o anche non riscaldato, a seconda della superficie. Il rigoroso controllo del diametro riduce il rischio di intasamenti, sotto-estrusione o variazioni di flusso.
Finitura superficiale pulita e uniforme: l’eSun PLA+ si distingue per una finitura superficiale liscia, con strati ben fusi e poco visibili. Il colore rimane uniforme su tutta la bobina, senza variazioni o trasparenze eccessive. Ideale per parti decorative, miniature, prototipi visivi o oggetti pronti per l’esposizione.
Per sfruttare al meglio le prestazioni dell’eSun PLA+ Viola – 1.75mm – 1Kg, si consiglia una temperatura dell’ugello compresa tra 210 e 230 °C, in base alla stampante e alla velocità di stampa. Un piano riscaldato tra 40 e 60 °C migliora l’adesione del primo strato, soprattutto su vetro o superfici lisce.
È consigliata una ventilazione attiva dopo i primi strati per ottenere una migliore finitura superficiale. Il PLA+ eSun supporta bene velocità di stampa standard ed elevate (fino a 350 mm/s), mantenendo un’estrusione costante. Per stampe lunghe, conservare il filamento al riparo dall’umidità per preservarne le qualità meccaniche ed estetiche.
