Il filamento Ultrafuse 316L del produttore BASF è un filamento di stampa 3D molto specifico. Non si tratta di un semplice filamento progettato per rivelare un aspetto metallico, ma di un filamento che permette la produzione di oggetti 100% metallici in 2 passaggi.
Questo filamento Ultrafuse 316L è rivoluzionario; consente la produzione di pezzi sinterizzabili utilizzando stampanti 3D FDM tradizionali. La sinterizzazione è un processo ad alta temperatura che separa la struttura plastica dal metallo. Questo processo di sinterizzazione fonde il metallo, permettendo una connessione forte e omogenea.
Questo processo di stampa in 2 passaggi inizia con la stampa del pezzo sinterizzabile (conosciuto come il pezzo verde), seguito dall'intervento di un fornitore per la fase di sinterizzazione. Questa combinazione di un filamento altamente tecnico e di un fornitore esterno permette di ridurre i costi di produzione di pezzi metallici senza dover fare un grande investimento.
Stampa del metallo a costi contenuti: Questo filamento 316L (chiamato così in base all'acciaio inox di cui è composto) sviluppato da BASF, è il primo filamento che permette di stampare un pezzo metallico sinterizzabile. È accessibile alla maggior parte delle stampanti 3D presenti sul mercato e questo processo di stampa in 2 passaggi è rapido, efficace e conveniente.
Buona stampabilità: Questo filamento altamente composito è progettato con una matrice plastica, consentendo una buona scivolamento del filamento, un'estrusione efficiente e una forte adesione tra gli strati nonostante l'elevato contenuto di metallo.
Metodo di sinterizzazione ottimale: Questo filamento Ultrafuse 316L consente di accedere facilmente a una soluzione di sinterizzazione specifica per questo filamento. L'acquisto di coupon dedicati (1 coupon = 1 chilo di pezzi sinterizzabili) rende l'accesso alla soluzione di post-trattamento semplice e veloce.

Il filamento Ultrafuse 316L richiede impostazioni specifiche. È fortemente consigliato utilizzare i profili di stampa esistenti per rispettare i vincoli di questo filamento. La stampa deve essere precisa ed uniforme, la densità di riempimento, lo spessore delle pareti e il flusso sono parametri fondamentali per la seconda fase del trattamento.
Gestione dei supporti specifica è necessaria e l'utilizzo della doppia estrusione sarà di grande aiuto per questa parte. Questo filamento è compatibile con la maggior parte delle stampanti FDM, ma si consiglia principalmente per stampanti professionali.
Fai attenzione a non superare la temperatura di estrusione consigliata per evitare forte tossicità.
Si raccomanda anche di utilizzare un adesivo specifico come Magigoo Metal per prevenire deformazioni durante la stampa. La invitiamo a consultare i documenti allegati per ottenere i dati essenziali per la stampa di questo filamento unico.
