Il Polysher è una macchina progettata per donare un aspetto liscio e lucido ai modelli 3D realizzati con il filamento PolySmooth di Polymaker. Basta inserire il pezzo stampato, impostare il tempo di lucidatura e avviare il processo – non è necessario alcun intervento durante il post-trattamento.
È importante notare che il Polysher è compatibile solo con il filamento PolySmooth. Stampe in PLA, ABS o altri materiali non sono compatibili e non possono essere trattate con il Polysher.
Lo strumento di lucidatura di Polymaker funziona con alcol al 70% o superiore (consigliato 90%), come isopropanolo o etanolo. Dopo la lucidatura, lasciare asciugare il pezzo nel Polysher per almeno 30 minuti. È incluso un secondo vassoio per avviare un nuovo ciclo.
Post-trattamento: Elimina gli strati visibili per ottenere una superficie liscia e brillante.
Volume di lavoro: Contiene modelli fino a 150 mm di diametro e 180 mm di altezza.
Sicurezza: Il Polysher si arresta automaticamente se il coperchio viene aperto durante il funzionamento.
Semplicità: Nessun intervento manuale richiesto durante la lucidatura.
Liquido utilizzato: Isopropanolo o etanolo (70% o più, 90% consigliato)
Durata del trattamento: Tra 10 e 30 minuti (a seconda delle dimensioni del pezzo)
Temperatura di esercizio: Tra 15 e 32°C
Temperatura di stoccaggio: Tra 0 e 38°C
