L'attrazione principale di questo filamento BASF Ultrafuse TPC 45D è la sua composizione simile alla gomma. Questo filamento è un elastomero termoplastico copoliestere (TPE-C) che deriva dall'olio di colza e combina le migliori proprietà degli elastomeri e dei poliesteri.
Il filamento Ultrafuse TPC-45D ha un'adesione molto forte degli strati lungo l'asse Z, offrendo un'estrema resistenza all'allungamento anche nella direzione degli strati.
Flessibilità: questo filamento Ultrafuse TPC 45D è perfetto per l'uso con parti e modelli 3D che devono essere estremamente flessibili e devono essere piegati spesso.
Resistenza agli urti: L'elevata elasticità del filamento Ultrafuse TPC 45D gli conferisce proprietà meccaniche che lo rendono meno soggetto a deformazioni causate da impatti ripetuti.
Resistenza ai raggi UV: Ultrafuse TPC 45D è resistente ai raggi UV.
Prima di tutto, le consigliamo di stampare questo filamento Ultrafuse TPC 45D su una stampante dotata di estrusione a comando diretto, per facilitare e migliorare la stampa di questo filamento tecnico e flessibile. Questo filamento stamperà perfettamente con una temperatura di estrusione compresa tra 220 e240°C; la temperatura di plateau deve essere solo di circa 20°C.
Si raccomanda una velocità di stampa lenta, compresa tra 20 e 40 mm/s, e l'uso di un foglio di adesione su PP per ottimizzare l'adesione di questo materiale al piano.
